Instructions--

Replace the chinosb.dff, chinoskhaki.txd, denimsgang.txd, denimsred.txd, jeansdenim.txd and leathertrchaps.txd files
into player.img in the models folder of your GTA San Andreas game folder. Player.img file can be found in models folder
in the GTA folder. The reason I'm telling you to replace chinosb.dff is because the texture would look better rather than
with it's normal dff.

To import the txd and dff files into the player.img file easily, you can use TXD Workshop tool, Modloader or San Andreas Mod
Installer (SAMI) to import it to player.img. I also think Modloader requires ASI Loader as well... hmph, maybe not. Btw TXD
Workshop is way better than IMG Tool tbh.

So if you don't need any of these, just import the texture files to the game and play. Enjoy!
